Lodgement of the Replacement Prospectus
The Replacement Prospectus is dated 30 September 2026 and was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 30 September 2026. It replaces the Original Prospectus lodged with ASIC on 16 September 2026.
The Company has applied to ASX Limited (ASX) for admission to the Official List of ASX and quotation of its Shares.
Under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Original Prospectus was subject to an exposure period commencing on the date it was lodged with ASIC, which period was further extended by ASIC.Applications received during the applicable exposure period were not processed until that period expired.
Neither ASIC nor ASX takes any responsibility for the contents of this Replacement Prospectus or the merits of the investment to which this Replacement Prospectus relates. Capitalised words used in this notice have the meaning given to them in the Replacement Prospectus unless they are defined with a different meaning in this notice.
