Arvind Misra
Founder & Executive Chairman
Mr Arvind Misra is a mining executive with 30+ years’ experience across Africa, Australia and South America.
Mr Misra is the Founder and former Managing Director of Belararox Limited (ASX: BRX), advancing copper assets in Botswana and Argentina.
Mr Misra is a member of the AUSIMM and has extensive on-the-ground experience in Zambia, Botswana and Ghana, spanning asset sourcing, government and regulatory engagement, acquisition structuring and IPO positioning across copper and gold systems.
Graeme Morissey
Finance Director
Mr Graeme Morissey is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). With 15 years of experience, Mr Morissey has served as CFO for early-stage explorers, developers, and producers, accumulating extensive experience in equity capital markets, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and local and cross-jurisdictional mining and exploration operations (including the Americas and Africa).
Most recently, Mr Morissey served as CFO for Warriedar Resources Limited (ASX: WA8) and played a pivotal role in its acquisition by Capricorn Metals Limited (ASX: CMM) pursuant to a scheme of arrangement valued at over $300m.
Tim Zuo
Non-Executive Director
Mr Tim Zuo is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of international experience across the mining, energy, and industrial sectors. With a strong track record of delivering shareholder value, he is widely recognised for his strategic leadership, cross-border operational expertise, and commitment to sustainable growth.
Mr Zuo has also contributed to world-class projects with global industry leaders, including Rio Tinto, BHP, and CITIC Pacific Mining. His deep engagement with state-owned mining enterprises in China, along with his trusted relationships with port authorities and regional governments, has been critical in navigating regulatory complexities and unlocking strategic project value.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr Zuo currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of JSW Drilling Service in Australia, a role he has held since 2024. His work continues to support exploration and drilling advancements in both greenfield and brownfield environments.
Mr Zuo’s foundation as a trained engineer and senior site executive gives him a unique edge. He holds practical expertise across mining geology, renewable energy, lithium energy storage, major construction projects, and international bunkering operations. This blend of technical depth and commercial acumen makes him a valued contributor to both boardroom decisions and operational execution.
Craig Hatch
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Craig Hatch is a highly experienced and capable mining engineer and leader with 25+ years of experience. Mr Hatch is an AUSIMM Member and a graduate from the Western Australian School of Mines and holds both an MBA and an MSC (Mineral Economics).
Mr Hatch recently held the position of General Manager at the King of the Hills operation for Red 5 and played a key senior role in growing the company from a market cap of 300M to 1.5B pre Silverlake merger.
Mr Hatch played a significant role in unlocking the potential of the Kalahari Copper Belt through his significant contributions to the technical work and project development of Khoemacau’s Zone 5 project in Botswana.
Dane Etheridge
Company Secretary
Dr Dane Etheridge is a finance and governance professional with more than 20 years of advisory and leadership experience across a wide range of organisations, including ASX-listed gold exploration, development, and mining companies. He holds postgraduate qualifications in corporate finance and corporate governance and is a Certified Practising Accountant and CFA Charterholder.
Dr Etheridge has provided consulting services to global mining organisations including Rio Tinto and Newmont, has previously worked as a Senior Manager with PwC and held executive positions with ASX-listed gold companies including Focus Minerals. Most recently, Dane has been providing Company Secretarial and Advisory services through his company, Mottlecah Consulting.
Jonathan King
Chief Technical Officer
Mr Jonathan King is a geologist with over thirty-five years of international experience in mineral exploration, project generation and resource development. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology and is qualified to sign off as a Competent Person in accordance with the JORC Code (2012 Edition) for most commodities and deposit types.
Mr King has led and contributed to major exploration, mapping and geochemistry programs across Australia, Africa, South America, Asia and the United States. He was instrumental in the discovery of the Wallbrook gold prospect at Edjudina and the expansion of the Sunrise Deposit at Granny Smith Mine in Laverton, and was responsible for the development of the inaugural iron ore resources at Red Hill (Aquila Resources) and Beyondie (Emergent Resources).
Mr King has extensive ASX board and executive experience, having served as Managing Director of Summit Minerals and Riva Resources, and as Technical Director of Albion Resources, Conto Resources (now Dateline Resources) and Paringa Resources. He has also acted as chief geologist and technical advisor to a number of other ASX-listed entities, including Trigg Minerals (now AT4), Krakatoa Resources, Perpetual Resources, Emergent Resources and Alchemy Resources.
Mr King is Director of Geoimpact Pty Ltd, a Perth-based mineral exploration and management consultancy that has provided strategic and technical advice to leading resource companies, including Placer Dome, Barrick Gold, Rio Tinto, Gold Fields Australasia, St Ives Gold Mining Company and Teck Australia.
Akash Misra
Finance & Business Development Manager
Mr Akash Misra is a finance professional with experience across external audit, management accounting, finance business partnering and corporate finance in the resources sector. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Western Australia and is part-qualified under the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) program.
Mr Misra most recently held the position of Finance Manager at Belararox Limited until May 2026, where he supported the CFO across corporate finance and project accounting for the Company’s exploration activities.
Prior to Belararox, Mr Misra was an Analyst – Finance Business Partner at Rio Tinto, supporting Pilbara Mines on annual planning, month-end reporting and cost performance analysis, and partnering directly with site General Managers on unit cost improvement and productivity initiatives. He also held the position of Intermediate Management Accountant at Fortescue Metals Group, where he led budgeting and forecasting for the Cloudbreak OPF and presented proposed budgets to Executive General Managers and Commercial Managers.
Peter Bowra
Head of Corporate Communications & Digital Strategy
Mr Peter Bowra is a highly experienced consultant and professional with over four decades of expertise spanning computer technology, graphic design, and print media. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative creative solutions alongside robust IT and technology services, earning the trust of a diverse client base.
He has played a key role in four successful IPO listings, contributing across a wide range of critical areas. His involvement has included corporate branding, prospectus development, market announcements, investor presentations, and report production, as well as domain management and website development. In addition, Mr Bowra has overseen social media strategy and execution and has been responsible for the setup, administration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 environments.
As a consultant, Mr Bowra brings both strategic insight and practical expertise, offering clients end-to-end solutions that integrate creative vision with reliable technology infrastructure to support business growth and long-term success.
